1. What if my smart diffuser is not spraying?
If your smart diffuser is not spraying, your first step is to check your fragrance levels. Do this by simply opening the fragrance access panel on the smart diffuser and carefully open the fragrance bottle to check the level.
If there is still fragrance remaining in the bottle, it may be that you aren’t noticing the fragrance because your smart diffuser settings need to be adjusted. Try a higher level.
If you’ve confirmed there is fragrance in the bottle, press the “QUICK REFRESH” button. You should see and hear the fragrance spray. If you do not, please contact support through text (949) 229-2191 or email support at support@calif.ebizonstaging.com
2. How do I change my fragrance?
If you’d like to change your fragrance, please visit calif.ebizonstaging.com and log into your account. From here, you can navigate to the Fragrance section where you will see your current fragrance selection and have the ability to change your next month’s fragrance.
You may also purchase additional fragrances if you’d like!
3. What if I run out of fragrance?
If you run out of fragrance, please contact support through text (949) 229-2191 or email support at support@calif.ebizonstaging.com
4. Are your fragrances child and pet friendly?
Yes! Every California Fresh Home fragrance is hypoallergenic, locally sourced here in the United States and does not contain any harmful ingredients. Additionally, part of the reason your home smells so fresh is the natural, odor-eating additive found in each of our fragrances.
