1. What if my smart diffuser is not spraying?
If your smart diffuser is not spraying, your first step is to check your fragrance levels. Do this by simply opening the fragrance access panel on the smart diffuser and carefully open the fragrance bottle to check the level.
If there is still fragrance remaining in the bottle, it may be that you aren’t noticing the fragrance because your smart diffuser settings need to be adjusted. Try a higher level.
If you’ve confirmed there is fragrance in the bottle, press the “QUICK REFRESH” button. You should see and hear the fragrance spray. If you do not, please contact support through text (949) 229-2191 or email support at support@californiafreshhome.com
2. How do I change my fragrance?
If you’d like to change your fragrance, please visit californiafreshhome.com and log into your account. From here, you can navigate to the Fragrance section where you will see your current fragrance selection and have the ability to change your next month’s fragrance.
You may also purchase additional fragrances if you’d like!
3. What if I run out of fragrance?

4. Are your fragrances child and pet friendly?
Yes! Every California Fresh Home fragrance is hypoallergenic, locally sourced here in the United States and does not contain any harmful ingredients. Additionally, part of the reason your home smells so fresh is the natural, odor-eating additive found in each of our fragrances.

6. How do I install my new fragrance bottle?
Don’t worry it’s simple! Please refer to the TUTORIAL in your app.
7. What if I forgot my password to my smart diffuser?
If you forgot your password, simply press the small reset button on your smart diffuser. This will reset the password back to 8888 as well as reset all of the device’s settings. You can now re-connect via the app and set your password, name your diffuser and customize your settings.
8. What if I spill some of my fragrance?

9. My setting shoots too much fragrance. How long does each bottle last?
Fragrance Diffuser Spraying Intervals: Each bottle lasts 800 hours with our most popular setting which is by turning it ON 07:00 AM and OFF at 10:00 PM. Specifications of the spray interval per level are listed below.

10. How to Cancel or Pause the subscription?

What troubleshooting steps can I do if my diffuser is not working?
Troubleshooting 1. Resetting the Diffuser
Simply press the small reset button on your smart diffuser while it is currently plugged in the wall outlet. You can use a small pin to push the inside button found right next to the indicator lights. This will reset the password back to 8888 as well as reset all of the device’s settings.
Open your app and reconnect to the diffuser and follow the instructions on the display to set it up.
Troubleshooting 2. Flushing the tubes
It is also possible that there is oil that's stuck in the machine. You can clean it by diffusing rubbing alcohol to flush the stuck oil out. All you have to do is remove the fragrance bottle that is plugged in right now. If you have an empty fragrance bottle, pour some rubbing alcohol in it for you to diffuse it. If you don’t have an extra bottle, you can use the bottom of the diffuser cover and pour some there. Just enough for the tube to reach the alcohol.
Troubleshooting 3. Use the Commercial App for the Diffuser
Download and install the Scent Marketing app. Once you have it installed, please set it up, connect with the diffuser and test it out.
