   We want you to take advantage of discounts and promotions, but always remember to read the fine print because some promotions are only available for a limited time and may have other requirements for eligibility.

   Thanks for your purchase! You must pay for your product or subscription when you order it. This section also has information on our billing and cancellation policies.
8. REFUND AND RETURNS
   There are no refunds for products shipped according to a subscription or other items available for sale on our Site. You can change your preferences for your next subscription order or cancel any portion of your subscription that has not been paid in full.
9. GIFT SUBSCRIPTIONS
   You can purchase a gift subscription for someone by pre-paying the subscription fee. We are sorry but gift subscriptions are non refundable.
10. PRODUCT GUARANTEE AND PACKAGING
    This is the real deal. No knock-offs, no imitations. We take this very seriously.
11. REFERRAL PROGRAM
    Help spread the word and we will reward you for it.

    Sometimes we link to third party sites. Most of it is great stuff, but we are not responsible if its not.
13. SOCIAL MEDIA

    Any dispute between us will be governed by New York law and decided by non-judicial arbitration. By agreeing to these Terms you waive rights to maintain a court action, the right to a jury trial, and the right to participate in any form of class or representative claim.

    We are building the best company we can for you, but we can't promise it will be perfect and we are liable to you for various things. If you live in New Jersey or certain other states, our limitation of liability is different according to state law.
18. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
    This Site is available "AS IS." We do not promise that your use of the Site will be uninterrupted or error free.

YOUR ACCOUNT AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To use the App and/or most Services offered under these Terms, you’ll need to register as a User for an account (“Account”). You agree to ensure that your User information is accurate and kept up to date. Accounts are available only to adult individuals 18 years of age or older and have the necessary power and authority to enter in these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old, and, if you are under 18 years old, that your parent or legal guardian has given you permission to use the Service and agrees on your behalf to the Terms. If you are under the age of 13, do not use the Service. You agree to accept full responsibility of all obligations under these Terms for the actions of any user of an Account authorized or created by you.

If you create an Account, you will be asked to create a password and a user name upon completing the registration process ("Access Credentials"). It is solely your responsibility to maintain the security of your Access Credentials. You agree that California Fresh Home shall not be liable for any loss that you may suffer as a result of the authorized or unauthorized use of your Access Credentials by a third party. You shall not allow any other person to use any Service or the Apps via your Access Credentials. You agree to ensure that you exit from your Account at the end of each session.

California Fresh Home may suspend, terminate, modify, or delete any Account at any time for any reason, with or without notice to you. Most Account suspensions, terminations, and/or deletions are the result of violations of these Terms or are a result of an abandoned Account.
